Cabins cannot be booked online. Please click here to contact us if you'd like to book at cabin. Reservations must be made 10 days before arrival.

PETS: RV guests only, may have up to 2 pets; must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet; must stay within their RV site area; may not be left unattended or left outside at night; must pick up after your pet and dispose of waste appropriately. Pets are NOT PERMITTED in cabins, restrooms/showers/laundry rooms or any other buildings on campus. Registered service animal accepted with prior approval of site management. Noncompliance will result in a $250.00 charge for room/facility cleaning, and may include dismissal from Soquel Conference property.

1. All responses provided by applicant are true and correct;
2. The providing of false, incorrect or incomplete information by the applicant may, within the discretion of Soquel Conference management, result in an automatic rejection of this application.

Applicant hereby authorizes Central California Conference-Soquel Conference Center to:

1. Verify the information provided;
2. Communicate with any and all names listed on this application.

The applicant understands that, in the event that any of the above information cannot be verified by Soquel Conference management, management has the right to deny the application. The applicant further understands that he/she/they shall have no rights of tenancy until Reservation is complete, signed, approved and payment in full has been received by Soquel Conference management.

Applicant understands and agrees that this reservation to rent short term for 1 to 14 nights maximum, does not guarantee that the applicant
will be guaranteed for a RV site/cabin with the Soquel Conference Center until confirmation is given by Soquel CC management, and Guarantee Reservation requirements have been cleared.

Guaranteed Reservation: Credit Card guarantee is required by all reservations. Please provide a credit card, including card number, expiration date, owners name on the card, 3digit (CSC or CVV) card security code and billing zip code.

Cancelation and No Show: The RV site or Cabin reservation may be canceled, via Email, 48 hours prior to arrival without a fee. Cancelation/No arrival without notification will be charged the fee of one (1) night stay per rental type.

Lost & Found: If you left an items or we found an items you want returned to you we can ship it back to you via pre-paid postage. If item/s not claimed within 30 days, items will be donated and/or thrown away.

Lost/Not Returned Key Fee: If you do not return your cabin or other facility key/s upon departure of your stay, your credit card will be charged $40.00 for each key, no exceptions.
